This weekend, I thought I’d do something a little different. Instead of focusing on links around the Fitness Health Network, I thought I’d go with three newer blogs… all of them with something else in common. I’m not sure it’s public information for all them, so I’m going to keep it quiet for. Here are the links:

Deflabbify – Deflabbify is an awesome domain name. My favorite article this week is actually one posted today… The killer hidden cost of weight-loss programs.

Fit 36 – This site one of a few run by one gentleman. My favorite article this week was The Challenges of Living Healthy While on Vacation. It’s one I can relate to. I am going on a vacation myself and looking for Hotel Friendly Food?

Quick To Fit – This looks the newest of the sites to me. The domain is short, has some good keywords, and an extremely clean look. I particular liked this one on building a basic home gym that doesn’t have to be expensive. I’ve had my eye on those adjustable weights for some time.

If you are serious about health, take a minute and add these folks to your feed reader. I got the feeling they’ll be blogging for awhile.

Recommended by Lazy Man: Prosper.com - Make money by lending money or join and consolidate debt.
